Mary Mays wants you to be happy with everything you buy. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please return them within 28 days and we will refund you. . In the case of returns the postage costs are borne by the customer.
*Please note that CDs and DVDs can only be returned if the goods are not opened and the seals are in tact.

All Mary Mays purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a Secure Server.
If you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, please contact customer services within 7 days. They will be happy to help you arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. We do advise you to check goods upon arrival and note on the couriers paperwork any damages.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries, or for any other reason.
